Our items are well packed, however we cannot control the postal services package handling.
If you receive a damaged or defective item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement item to be made and sent out to you
Cancellations: If you have requested a custom piece, we will begin work on this and therefore cancellations will only be fully accepted if the manufacturing has not started, since clays cannot be re-used. If an item has commenced creation and you wish to cancel, we will deduct cost of materials from the purchase price
Not Satisified: Where possible, we will email a photo of the finished / in-progress item to you to check before we send the item out. We may also contact you to verify any detailing questions we have. If after all of this, you are still not happy with the final product you receive, just email us at email@example.com within 14 days and we will provide you with a refund upon receipt of the returned product, or we will arrange a replacement. You must cover the cost of returning unwanted goods.
Item Not Received
If you have not received your item within the time specified in our shipping section, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it for you. If your item does not arrive, we will gladly create a replacement and send this out to you
