Absolutely brilliant service! I was kept in the loop on the status of my order and when I discovered my statue had lost his tail she quickly made me a whole new statue and promptly delivered. I would of been happy with just a tail being sent to me in an envelope so we could glue it on but shes went above and beyond. I'm very happy with the service and my mum was thrilled with her mother's day gift. Would definitely recommend oddbulls for personalised gifts!
